This story talks about a girl whose name is Anna, who study in Oxford, and about her family. Her father and she have a good relation, but her mum leaves them with his father's friend. His friend is a foreigner so, after mum left, she hates foreigners. Her dad, Derek, married again another woman whose name is Jane.

One day at university, Anna goes to a party with her friends, and when she goes to buy some drinks, one boy tries to help her to take the drinks to her friends. She doesn't want any help and tells him, but the boy becomes very angry. Then, she meets Selim. Selim is the barman and he helps her at that moment. She and Selim become very good friends, and they fall in love... but he is a foreigner. When she tells that to her father, he gets angry and Anna gets upset.

But one day Jane and Anna's father come to Oxford's house to meet Selim. Derek is not happy enough at the beginning, but they become big friends.

The family loves climbing and Selim too, so, one day they go to Wales to climb. Everything is okay before one rock hits Derek and he falls. They call a rescue party and they come. At the moment Selim asks Anna if she wants to marry him. The rescue party say that Derek's gonna be okay, and Anna marries Selim.

Opinion: It's a book easy to read and quite interesting.
